Father Dickson Cemetery was an active cemetery until the 1970’s and remains open to all today as a National Historic Site aligned with the rich history of the nearby Ulysses S. Grant Historic Site and the Sappington House. Since 1988, the cemetery is maintained by the dedicated volunteers of the Friends of Father Dickson Cemetery. The volunteers welcome all to support the Friends of Father Dickson and we are available to assist in researching burial information for over 12,000 souls at rest in the cemetery.

Please note the office on the cemetery grounds is not staffed but appointments can be made by phone or email.
